Day 1: Hanoi – Drive to Halong Bay.
Leave Hanoi at 7:45 AM and arrive in Halong Bay around 12:00PM by private car or van (transportation service on your request).
12.30 Boarding our boat at Tuan Chau Port – enjoy welcome drink, receive cruise briefing and safety instructions.
13.15 –14.00 Passengers enjoy the deluxe Vietnamese Set Menu Lunch. Massage service available beginning after lunch and throughout the cruise. Please book in advance with your Cruise Manager.
14.00 –16.30 We cruise through Halong Bay, passing the most beautiful and quiet area including Incense Burner, Dog Stone Islet, Fighting Cock, Finger islet.
16.30 Arrive at the Cua Van Floating Fishing Village. This is one of the largest fishing villages on the Bay. Guests can choose between kayaking through the village or visiting on small bamboo boats (sampans) rowed by the villagers. For those who wish to go by kayak the kayaking option is .00 per person (unless pre-booked).
Kayakers will depart from the boat in two-seater, self-rowed kayaks and kayak to and through the village and back to the boat. A kayaking tour guide will lead the way.
18.00 Depart and sail for about 30 minutes to Luon Bo area, to anchor for overnight.
18.00 –18.30 We organize the Fruit and Vegetable carving lesson led by our Head Chef. During the lesson, the chef will conduct Fruit and Vegetable carving showing the guests how we decorate and make some traditional Vietnamese food.
18.00 -19.00 First of two Happy Hours! Buy one drink-get one free (wine by the bottle Excludes).
19.30 Dinner is served to the guests.
20.45 Evening activities include: Happy Hour! Board games like cards or Parcheesi are available, as well as massage service (massage service is available throughout the

Day 2: Halong Bay Cruise – Titov Island – Drive to Hanoi.
06.45 Coffee, tea and breakfast pastries served in the dining room.
07.00 Enjoy Tai Chi instruction on the sundeck (duration about 30 minutes).
07.45 – 9.00 Guests are transferred by tender to the Titov Island. About one hour is spent on the island
allowing time for a climb up the steps to the peak for a breathtaking 360 degree view of the Bay (there is also an expansive viewing deck half way up). After the climb there is time left to relax on the beach and have a swim.
09.00 Upon return to the boat you will have 30 minutes to freshen up and finish packing.
Please remove all of your belongings from the cabins, you may leave heavy luggage outside of the cabins (staff will transfer directly to the pier).
09.30 Enjoy a full breakfast in the dining room. We will settle bills after breakfast. Relax on the
sundeck or in the dining room enjoying the bay scenery as we approach the pier.
11.00 Arrive at Tuan Chau port., relax inside the pier building while waiting for return transportation.
Car is awaiting for you there and transfers you back to Hanoi (transportation service on your request).

08.30 – 16.00 Guests are transferred to the Indochina Sails Day Boat, a spacious and comfortable
wooden junk with lounge, dining room and a sundeck with lounging furniture. This is daytime activities including cruising to less trafficked areas of the Bay, visiting Surprise Cave and kayaking around Luon Cave and Trong cave area (the itinerary could be revised flexibly base on the weather condition). Lunch is served on board mid-day.
After lunch, the crew will take you to visit the Pearl Farm in the afternoon. At 4:00 pm, passengers return to Indochina Sails main boat for free time.
16.00 Return by tender to the Indochina Sails boat. Rejoin the cruise and relax onboard as we sail to the overnight anchorage.

- From 7-10 cabins:
+ More than 45 days prior to the arrival: No charge.
+ From 45 to 31 days prior to the arrival: 25% of the total rate charged.
+ From 30 to 21 days prior to the arrival: 50% of the total rate charged.
+ From 20 to 10 days prior to the arrival: 75% of the total rate charged.
+ Less than 10 days prior to the arrival: 100% of the total rate charged.
+ No-Show: Will be charged in full.
• Cancellation must be sent to and confirmed by Vietnam Travel's cruise specialist in writing (by email or fax).
Child Policy (to be confirmed upon reservation and subject to availability):
- Only 01 child under 13 years old is allowed to share cabin with parents, details as below:
+ FOC for 01 child under 5 years old, or
+ Surcharge US$ 105 for 01 child from 5-12 years old (sharing bed with parents).
- In case of Extra bed/ Mattress is required, the following surcharge will be applied accordingly/ US$ 25 for 2D/1N program & US$ 35 for 3D/2N Program.
- FOC baby cot for infant.
Other Policies:
- Check-in time starts at 11:30 AM. Check-out by 10:30 AM.
- Charges for extra guests may apply and vary according to property policy.
- Advance registration is required with full name, date of birth, nationality, gender, passport number and visa expiry date for all passengers. A valid passport is required upon check-in. Otherwise, boarding may be denied by the port authority.
- A cash deposit, credit card or debit card for incidental charges and government-issued photo identification/ passport are required upon check-in.
