Perfect 2 week private tour in Laos and HaLong Bay organized by Mr Tuan Phan

Mr Tuan Phan from Laos Travel [Asia Travel and Leisure] organized a close to 2 week private tour to Laos and Vietnam for us, and everything went great! From the moment I first contacted him a year before our trip to the conclusion of our trip, he always replied back quickly whether via email or WhatsApp text. The price he quoted us was great, better than the prices of other companies I had also contacted.
He was an excellent organizer of everything, basically we just told him when we will arrive and when our flight home is, and asked him to "fill up" our days there with great programs, which he indeed did! Not only that, but he was always contactable via WhatsApp, and he proactively checked even on those things which he did not actually book for us! For instance, he called our hotel in Hanoi to make sure that a car service I had booked myself through the hotel, was properly booked. It was so reassuring to know that with any question during our stay in Laos and Vietnam we could just text him and he replied/took care of the issue immediately.
He selected the best, very knowledgeable tour guides for us - Mr Paseuth Visounnalath in Vientiane and Van Vieng, and Mr Siththai in Luang Prabang.
They were both amazing guides, with wonderful personalities, vast and impressive knowledge of history, Laos culture including Buddhism. We greatly enjoyed not just listening to them but talking to them about various aspects of life. We very quickly felt like we have become friends. They both always immediately replied to our WhatsApp texts even after the day tours were concluded. They were always punctual, always there before our meeting times.
Our drivers were all very skilled, but very safe professional drivers, they were always fully focused on the road, we always felt perfectly safe in their cars.
The hotels Mr Phan arranged for us were the best in those cities (Vientiane, Van Vieng, Luang Prabang), whilst being affordable. We were very pleasantly surprised that in all 3 hotels without asking we got upgraded to the best room - in the latter two: to suites.
Taken together, I wholeheartedly recommend Mr Tuan Phan's services. Thanks to his perfect organizing of our complex trip, every step of our private tour was perfect.

18 days of Vietnam and Cambodia Private tour

What an amazing trip! We worked with Nga Vu from Asia Travel and Leisure to book a private 18 day trip to visit Vietnam and Cambodia. Many days were with a guide/driver and other days were on our own. Nga Vu made a perfect itinerary for us. We did a Halong Bay cruise with Paradise Elegance 2 ship as well as an 8 day Mekong River Cruise with Mekong Princess ship (VietCruises) Both were exceptional. These ships were small with only 24 passengers. I would recommend the smaller cruises as you were able to see things only small ships could navigate. The guides we had, Pham Vu (Hanoi), Dao Ngyuen (Ho Ching Minh City) , Nam (Mekong River Cruise, Vietnam), Chay (Mekong River Cruise, Cambodia) and Hok San (Siem Reap) were all exceptional. They knew so much history and were able to answer all our questions as well as made excellent recommendations for lunch and dinner.

Our accommodations were also wonderful, the customer service was beyond our expectations. We stayed at Anatole Hotel (Hanoi), Liberty Central Riverside (Saigon) and Khmer Mansion Residence (Siem Reap)

All in all, I would highly recommend this agency and Nga Vu to plan the perfect trip for you.

Quality Experiences in Cambodia and Vietnam

I really want to write something grand to highlight how excellent my travel agent, Vicky Phan was and how pleased we were with the efficiency, expertise, good nature, patience and skill of the 5 guides involved and the drivers. My interest in organising this trip was primarily archaeological, historical, religious and cultural. Throughout the whole trip we were treated with respect, warmth and generosity by all concerned.
So, our trip was 17 days highlighting the features mentioned in Cambodia and Vietnam. It was personally tailored to include all features I had researched prior to my enquiry. Budget details were discussed and Vicky made any alterations necessary to ensure we could combine our desires with that budget. The hotels were all good and in some cases outstanding quality and the staff all attentive to ensure all our needs were met. We had tastes and exposures to local life as well as standard tourist excursions to major sites. If you've not visited either of these countries before and/or had the experience of a personal guide, I highly recommend both through Asia Travel and Leisure. Fabulous service provided by Hong for a customised trip around Asia

This is our second time booking with Asia, Travel & Leisure and we selected them to book our latest trip based on the positive experience we had on our first trip in Vietnam.

Our agent Hong, could not have been more helpful or accommodating. We planned a customised trip around Cambodia, Laos and Thailand for which Hong helped us to create and include the key sights in those areas. She was meticulous with the planning to include, hotels, flights and trains, drivers, guides and entrance fees etc. all of which suited our plans and met our budget.

We know from booking with her before the attention to detail that she provides makes for a seamless and stress free trip.

Hong provided a professional, but friendly service and was always at the end of an email and was responsive to our needs or requests. As we travelled around, she was coordinating in the background with the local team and was in contact with us throughout our trip.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Hong, or Asia Travel & Leisure to other people and if we were planning another trip to Asia we would definitely be using them to book our trip.

An incredible holiday of 9 days in Cambodia for our group of 6 families

We choose what to see and changed our minds several times, but Hong Nguyen was always helpful and kind. The final customized proposal was impeccable and very affordable. Hotels were good, we had excellent service from our drivers and our tour guide Narin was the best guide ever!
The agency also organized the round trip from Bangkok by minibus and we were able to see a little-known part of Cambodia spending much less than traveling by plane.
We will definitely recommend Asia Travel & Leisure to our friends

Best trip in Vietnam

Ms. My Linh from Vietnam travel she helped us to arrange our trip to Vietnam 9 days 8 nights for 3 cities. She was very helpful and flexible to rearrange our trip.
Our tour guide was very professional Tony in Hanoi and wan in Saigon.
Special thanks to Peter and Vincent in Saigon street food tour in motorcycle was very memorable.
Hotels and tours was great vip treatment. Very recommended to work with them if you wish to book with Vietnam travel.
I loved the country and food was testy.
If you going Hoi A visit my son and Saigon visit tunnel which we missed in our trip.

Amazing Family North Vietnam Tour

We booked a private family tour of North Vietnam and the overall experience is simply phenomenal. Our tour representative, My Linh, was efficient and very helpful with the entire booking process as well as throughout the whole tour. She worked with us to create a custom tour for our family with the activities of our choice, and went out of her way to help whenever and wherever possible. We were extremely happy with the 5-star accommodations and delicious meals. There were just no loose ends with our tour - Asia Travel really saw everything through. From the logistics, transportation, accommodations, food, and activities - everything was top notch! I truly feel like no detail or request is too small for them to care and handle. I would highly recommend them!

Holiday of a Lifetime

STILL BUZZING
Apr this year we were lucky enough to have visited Vietnam for 14 days.
We were even more fortunate to have found Asia Travel and Leisure, especially Hannah and her team who organised everything and turned our holiday into a trip of a lifetime.
We told Hannah we had 14 days and wanted to see as much of the Vietnam as we could within that time frame, and they did exactly that.
From the itinerary they put together, to the guides they provided us, the accommodation they booked, and the tours they set up, we could honestly not fault any aspect to our trip.
Thank you Hannah, to you, your team, who we had the privilege of meeting in Hanoi, the guides in Hanoi, Hoi An and Saigon, and to all the drivers that turned our holiday into a special adventure, so much so we are planning to come back next year.
We will never plan another holiday without using local knowledge, as we discovered what a difference it makes after travelling to Vietnam using Hannah from Asia Travel and Leisure.

VIETNAM AND CAMBODIA - NEW YEAR 24

First experience in an organized trip and I must recognize significant advantages. The general organization was impeccable, from every point of view. We made numerous stops in complete comfort, leaving ourselves free to appreciate the countless beauties that these two nations (Vietnam and Cambodia) have managed to offer.

I would also add a worthy note to the three companions who took turns, in particular the two boys from Vietnam (Filippo and Tronny), very young and incredibly dedicated to their profession.

If I had to give advice to those who organize (for those who instead look for "reassurance" in the reviews, I 100% recommend booking) I would say to remove some purely commercial intermediate stages and leave a few more free meals (dinners and lunches were often identical)

From North to South Laos - a great experience!

Our trip from North to South Laos lasting 23 days was expertly designed by Ms Anh Pham. From our first enquiry she listened to our interests and places we wished to visit. Throughout the planning she responded to any further requests and adapted the itinerary . During our travels she was available via What's app should we have any queries, this even during the Christmas and New Years period and responded very quickly

It turned out to be a fantastic, interesting and flawlessly organised travel experience. There were no delays, excuses, hold ups, everything was as per itnerary. We loved it as it was organised just for the two of us and only for the Gibbons experience (highly recommendable) did we join other travellers. It was wonderful to have local guides (speaking excellent English, very kind, respectful, knowledgable and so responsive to our many questions). Having very experienced, careful drivers in confortable airconditioned cars was an added bonus, this especially so in the more mountainous, twisty roads of northern Laos.

We felt very safe, despite some more adventurous experiences, such as kayaking in the national parks, trekking or ziplining as we were provided with adequate safety equipment.

Overall a wonderful experience and I highly recommend Asia Travel and Leisure and hope to travel with them again in the future.

Hassle Free Family Vietnam Holiday

We had a private tour organised by Van Anh. Originally this holiday was to be in 2020, but it had to be cancelled due to Covid. Finally we were able to take our trip in June/July 2023. I would not hesitate to recommend Van Anh (Sales4) to anyone. Communication was great, she was happy to work with us and what we wanted. All accommodation was great, guides were lovely and on time and everything went to plan. When we had a query while on a day tour, a quick WhatsApp resolved the issue promptly. We were even lucky enough to have Van Anh come and see us at our hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. It was lovely to meet here and put a face to the emails. The part of our holiday that was arranged by Van Anh was: Ho Chi Mihn City (day tour, transfers, accommodation)and Hoi An (fabulous accommodation at An Bang Beach, day tours, transfers, flights)

10 days in Vietnam and Cambodia

We had a great trip that was coordinated by Ms. Van Anh. My wife and I traveled with our son and his wife. Everything was professionally done and first class. All or our guides were excellent. This trip was originally planned for March 2020, but had to be cancelled at the last minute due to COVID. The cancellation and rebooking process was fair and well-done. I would not hesitate to book with Asia Travel & Leisure. I highly recommend the company.

Outstanding Experience in South Vietnam and Cambodia

This trip was absolutely perfect. I have traveled quite a bit, and my expectations are high. Lana Vien was an excellent, excellent coordinator. My trip was very specific - I had some academic research to do in Trang Bang and Phnom Penh, and I also wanted to see Cambodia more generally. Lana made incredibly helpful connections in Trang Bang that made my research easy. It went well beyond my expectations. Victor was an excellent guide in Trang Bang and Cu Chi. Narin Heng was absolutely amazing in Siem Reap. Lana knew that I was researching photography, and Narin had a very strong sense of photography as well as being an incredibly comprehensive guide. I learned SO MUCH! The Aviary Hotel in Siem Reap was also a very special treat.

Every single element of the trip was seamless. Thank you Lana and Asia Travel + Leisure!

A memorable trip to Vietnam with Vietnam Travel

Our experience with Vietnam Travel is really great, the staffs are very professional, from our tour planner, Ms Vân Anh (Chloe), our tour guides, Ms Nhi and Mr Xuân (Spring), to our driver, Mr Tuấn, they are all very attentive and friendly, they always went an extra mile to assist us, we were very grateful to have them.
A special shout out to Ms Vân Anh, she was patient and helpful, from the start to the end of our journey.
We really enjoyed our trip to Huế, Hà Nội, Sapa, Ninh Bình and Ha Long bay.
Highly recommend Vietnam Travel to anyone who wishes to have an enjoyable trip to Vietnam.

Quite simply the best travel agency!

We are a middle-aged couple from the UK and have been fortunate enough to be able to extensively travel the world.
This time round we spent a month travelling through Cambodia and Vietnam, all of it organised by Asia Travel & Leisure.
Hand on heart Vicky at Asia Travel & Leisure has been an outstanding travel agent and quite simply the best we have ever had (this includes English, French and German travel agencies).
We are quite frankly demanding customers and aren’t easy to please but Vicky went beyond what can be expected of a travel agent.
She was practically available around the clock, at weekends, would reply to queries, mostly within hours, was happy to make several changes to her original proposed itinerary and provided us with safe, clean and well maintained cars, experienced drivers and excellent local guides who were happy to accommodate us, even if it meant often staying with us until tourist sites closed or starting the day a couple of hours earlier than planned.
Our one month trip went very smoothly and we only had one minor incident (which wasn’t Vicky’s fault) which was dealt with immediately and to our complete satisfaction.
Suffice to say we highly recommend Vicky and Asia Travel & Leisure to anyone, be it for a day trip or a long tour such as ours.
We will certainly be booking our next holiday to South-East Asia through Vicky and Asia Travel & Leisure again!

A travel company that cares

Just a short review to thank the team at Asia Travel and Leisure for their understanding and assistance in dealing with my COVID-interrupted and then cancelled trip to Laos. In what has clearly been extraordinary times the company went out of their way to be flexible and help. I've had the satisfaction of booking two recent and very successful trips with the company (to Myanmar) and as soon as world travel normalises again, I'll be sure to seek out their service once more. I can highly recommend them!

Private tour of Vietnam and Cambodia

This was a private tour organised by Anna Trinh of Vietnam Travel. We originally booked this trip independently via the internet, and between Anna and ourselves customised an itinerary that suited us. Another time we would try to put in more free days to relax and take it all in. This travel company is first rate, and we would recommend anyone looking for a private tour to seriously consider them. As our tour was quite extensive, over 25 days, we had 4 different guides and all were very courteous, friendly, spoke very good English and were extremely knowledgeable. On top of that they made everything interesting. To accompany the guides were 4 highly proficient drivers with well maintained cars of a size and comfort that enhanced a private tour.
Unfortunately, we had to cut our tour short, as successive governments were closing off borders due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This was where the true value of our tour operator came to the surface by helping us to arrange evacuation within 24 hours. We were lucky, and got back to the UK before the whole world was on lockdown. We have many thanks to Anna for her work in setting up the Itinerary, making sure that all the hotels, attractions and events went smoothly, then having to evacuate us as well.
In the future we hope to go back and finish our tour and will include new places as well. When we do this it will be arranged through Anna at Vietnam Travel.

We traveled from our resort in Ninh Binh to Lan Ha Bay for our cruise and then back to Hanoi with Vietnam Travel organised through our travel consultant Ms Nhung Nguyen.
Ms Nhung Nguyen was exceptional in her timely emails and offering me lots of choices of what her company could do for us. The transfers she organised for us were on time, extremely competitively priced and ran according to plan. Payment options were very clear and easy to carry out.

An excellent tour operator

We have just completed a trip in Thailand and Laos which included a 9 day two-person tour in northern Laos organised and operated by Laos Travel a division of Asia Travel & Leisure. The tour was most enjoyable. We were provided with a very good guide, an excellent driver and a modern SUV and the itinerary met all our requirements. The Laos Travel representative Ha Giang was competent, efficient and responsive.

Being stay in Vietnam and Cambodia

We traveled from Hanoi to the south of Vietnam Saigon and the Mekong delta. We visited trang an ,Halong bay, Hoi an , Hue, Ho chi min and the Delta. Then we traveled to Siem reap and visited the temples. We had a great time. The whole tour was organized by Thao Doan and was perfectly operated. It suited our requests Starting from the activities,hotels, tour guides, domestic flights etc. We were very pleased and enjoyed.

All along Van Anh, the agent through whom we booked the trip, was kind and always did the best she could to meet all our requests for the trip.
The guide we had was kind and amazing, with lots of knowledge in a wide variety of fields, always smiling and always doing everything he could to make our trip perfect.

I booked a short holiday for older members of my family to Laos (Luand Prabang) and Vietnam (Hanoi and Halong Bay). They travel quite frequently but said this was the best trip they had been on for a long time - and all thanks to the friendliness and attention to detail provided by Ha Giang, the travel agent. The hotels she booked were all superb, extra requests were never a problem and they were especially touched by a personal visit to their hotel to check everything was OK. They said the driver and guide were also great and they really had a wonderful holiday.
The booking experience was also efficient and fast.

Touring Vietnam and Cambodia

We (two couples) traveled to Vietnam and Cambodia for 4 weeks. The whole trip was organized by Ms. Thao Doan. She did an excellent job. During the time while we were building the trip schedule, she was extremely helpful with her advices to fulfill our wishes. Right before starting our trip, one of us fell and was injured in the leg and could not make the biking tour which was planned. We phoned to Thao and she, in a matter of minutes, changed to a wonderul alternative tour with car and boat. Thao is an extraordinary asset to Travel Vietnam, a very good company, and thanks to them all the experiences in this trip were beyond our expectations.

Amazing 3 weeks trip to Vietnam

We had a wonderful experience with Vietnam Travel las August. All was perfect organized by our coordinator Miss. Doung. The guides, drivers were very nice and kind. We didn’t faced any problem and all our requests were approved and treated with lot of patience. The most valuable part was when we faced bad weather and they took care of all changes on the best way. We will definitely recommend Travel Vietnam to everyone that is planning to travel to this area.

The trip was very well organised and our contact person was very responsive and catered to all our wishes. When the Halong bay visit had to be cancelled due to a typhoon, she organised great alternatives for us at the last minute. The overall programme, provided us with an insight in Vietnamese food and culture throughout the different parts of the country. All the guides were on time, polite and knowledgeable. Vietnam is a great destination, worth visiting and with the help of this Agency you will be able to enjoy it without any worries.

Vietnam and Luang Prabang in Laos

I only have words of praise for Thao Ly at Travel Vietnam a division of Asia Travel & Leisure. I met Thao online through the Internet. She was very responsive each time I emailed she replied back right away and she was so patient each time I kept changing our plan. One would never know there were a time difference by her timely her responses. All of our guides and drivers were punctual and well informed. Their English was excellent. We were given a cel phone for the main office in each city in case we ever had a problem. I never had to use it. During our trip if I texted Thao with any question she responded right away in a patient and caring manner. I could not have asked for a more professional agent. We spent 12 wonderful days touring the highlights of Saigon, Hoian, Hanoi, Halong Bay and Luang Prabang in Laos. We especially loved the Majestic Hotel in Saigon and the Apricot Hotel in Hanoi. Both are located in beautiful areas of the city. The highlights were walking around the cities, the back of the motor bike street food tour in Saigon is a must, biking on the Mekong Delta, farming and fishing on the Jack Tran eco tour in HoiAn, a cooking class, the water puppet show in Hanoi across from the Apricot, and the elephant sanctuary in Laos. Sign up for the MandoLoa elephant sanctuary in Luang Prabang because it’s no riding they care about protecting elephants! The prices of the boutique and historic hotels were all very reasonable for the beautiful 4* & 5* accommodations. I would refer Thao Ly and her agency to anyone in a heartbeat you could not ask for a more professional team.

Organized a great persona trip to Vietnam / Cambodia

Travel Vietnam (a.k.a., Asia Travel & Leisure) provided quick and complete responsive emails to our requests. It's always a bit nerve wracking to arrange a large trip with some agent or travel group you never met. We dealt with a Ms. Do who, despite our 15 hour time difference, was always in my inbox with a full reply within a day to my inquiries and changes. Over a period of some weeks, Ms. Do got the feel what we were looking for, re-arranged our overnights to eco-friendly / luxury, and worked well with us in integrating food and cooking experiences. We felt like we were taken care of though out our trip, with Ms. Do responding to issues that came up along the way. It was one of favorite trips to Asia. Thanks.

Indochina multiple day holiday arranged by Travel Vietnam

The trip that Mary from Travel Vietnam put together for us was wonderful. It included Vietnam, Cambodia & Laos. We began and finished our tour with them from Hong Kong which we arranged on our own. We originally had an OAT trip planned for the region but had to cancel a couple of weeks before departing. But since we already had our Visas, I did some research and found out about Travel Vietnam on Trip Adviser & gave it a shot. From the time we put in our on-line request, Mary had an itinerary prepared with in 24 hours and it was with-in a week of when we needed to leave. The trip was a lot cheaper then OAT and it was private, and all the hotels were 4 star or higher. The trip was flawless. We had a private tour guide and driver for the length of the trip. The tour guides were very friendly, professional, accommodating & knowledgeable, and the hotel choices were superb. All the excursions that they arranged were very interesting, enlightening and enjoyable. Overall it was a fantastic trip and we hope to use their services again in the future. We've used several tour companies and this is one of the best for Asia in my opinion.

Excellent private tour Vietnam, July 2017

Our family of two adults and 3 children has just had the most incredible three weeks in Vietnam, travelling from north (Hanoi and Sapa), central (Hoi An and Hue) to south (Saigon, Mekong Delta and Phu Quoc) with absolute ease, thanks to our agent Ms Nga Vu together with the tour guides (Sunny, Tea and Tran). They were so knowledgeable and kind that it made our trip really memorable
They booked us extremely memorable tours in Sapa, Hoi An and on the Mekong Delta, flight tickets, guides and hotels. Unfortunately a tropical storm closed Halong Bay and forced the cancellation of our cruise, but Nga and Sunny acted swiftly to arrange a earlier arrival to beautiful Hoi An. We loved meeting Nga in person, when we were in Hanoi. Professional and super speedy with her responses, we would highly recommend Nga Vu and Asia Travel and Leisure!

Vietnam and Cambodia honeymoon

We booked a 2-week honeymoon with travelvietnam.com, a subsidiary of Asia Travel and Leisure co. Our trip was created by their sales consultant Ms Van Anh, who was exceptionally helpful and tolerant of my being slow to reply to emails! There weren't many reviews of travelvietnam itself so we were a little apprehensive about the trip, but everything went incredibly smoothly even when one of our internal flights was delayed. The guides were excellent and they gave us a prepaid phone for Vietnam so we could get in touch if we needed to. We had a really wonderful time and extend huge thanks to everyone who made it happen!

15 fabulous days in Vietnam

My husband and I visited Vietnam for 15 days in January 2017. The entire trip from arrival in Hanoi to departure from Saigon was arranged by Ms. Mua Nuygen. This company and agent could not have organized a better tour or done so with more professional customer service. We started our planning with one of the package tours as a framework and then worked with Mua via email to customize it to our interests. She always responded immediately with information, answers and suggestions and we approved each segment of the trip to be sure it was hat we wanted to see and do. The entire trip included guides with car and driver, hotels, three domestic flights, breakfasts plus several other very nice meals, and a wide array of places and things to do. The hotels were very good to great (especially the Siesta Trendy in Hanoi and the the Essence in Hoi An which were spectacular). The trip included Hanoi, a night on a boat in Halong Bay, Hue, Danang, Hoi An, Dalat, Saigon, Can Tho, and the Mekong Delta. Palaces and temples, beautiful nature, fascinating history, glorious open and floating markets, big and small cities, rice growing, cooking school, river travel, and some of the best food anywhere in the world. We had 4 different guides meet us in different cities with very comfortable cars (some with wi-fi) and excellent drivers. All the guides were very personable and knowledgeable and they each had different experiences to share with us along with their vast knowledge. We felt like we had made four new friends.One example of the attention to detail: Mua met us in our first hotel in Hanoi to review our itinerary and collect the final payment. She gave us a welcome gift and a pre-programmed cell phone that we could use to contact her or our guides with any problems or questions. This was a genius idea - we needed it when one of our evening domestic flights was cancelled due to bad weather. While other tourists were scrambling to figure out what to do, we just clicked one button and Mua took care of everything. I could not recommend this company more highly. We will certainly use it again for future trips to Asia.

Northen Vietnam & Siem Reap

We had the best time on our private trip for two, our honeymoon! Viet Nguyen arranged the whole thing, and was super helpful before and during out stay! It was easy to add Siem Reap to the Northern Vietnam tour too! Once we arrived, we were well taken care of by the local guides! They even made arranged for each hotel to put rose petals and swan towels on the bed for out arrival! The guides were very accommodating to our requests, and really worked to make sure we got the most out of our tour! The tour was an awesome mixture of guided and alone time so we saw a lot, and had time to relax and do things on our own! Great company!! Highly recommend them!

Our family recently used Travel Vietnam for a 14 day tour of Vietnam. This tour was the best. The guides were knowledgeable, friendly and willing to share the history of Vietnam. The tour office was always responsive to our questions before and during the tour. We were given a cell phone so we could keep in touch with both out tour guide and our contact at the main office (Ms. Mua Nguyen). This phone came very handy at least twice during our trip. We truly enjoy Vietman thanks to this tour.

Viet and his team at Travel couldn't have done a better job. The guides and drivers were excellent, especially the driver who got us back to Hanoi in time for a meeting. Travel Vietnam catered the tour to fit our time frame. We even had a cell phone so we could call if there was a problem. Viet was able to set up a meeting in Hanoi which may prove very useful in my husband's business. Thank you!
We loved the people, the history and especially the food. We are now planning a trip to Cambodia and will use the same tour company. I would recommend this company to anyone considering a trip to Vietnam, Cambodia, or Laos. Thank you again. It was a remarkable trip.

A tour company that goes all the way

My friend and I from Johannesburg, South Africa booked our trip to Cambodia and Vietname through the company "Travel Vietnam" a division of Asia Travel & Leisure. We dealt with Ms Thuy Do, who put together an adventure and experience we will never forget. All the tour guides were friendly, full of knowledge in every area, and did more than we expected. We had an exceptional experience with this travel agency. From start to finish, their service was impeccable. They were incredibly responsive to all our queries, ensuring we felt supported every step of the way.

What stood out most was their ability to customize our itinerary based on our preferences. They accommodated every request we had and made sure to take care of all our needs. For instance, they upgraded our transportation from a van to a coaster for our trip to Sapa from Hanoi, as we had many luggages, and even arranged our airport drop-off—without any extra cost.

A huge thank you to Nichol Phung, our agent in charge, who was absolutely amazing. Nichol’s quick response time, efficiency, and helpfulness made our trip stress-free and memorable.

A special mention goes to the tour guide they assigned to us, Spring, who was excellent. Friendly, helpful, and accommodating, he ensured we had a smooth and enjoyable experience throughout our trip.

Be sure that we have had a wonderful travel and in part that is thanks to you and to your excellent organisation.
I can give very good references about you to my friends and relatives. Nevertheless, and I know that is not your fault, honestly we have to say that the problem with the traffic in Hanoi and Saigon could be very uncomfortable for a tourist like us, that likes very much walking around the city. May be you and other tourist operators could press the authority for them to impose a little order and the international traffic's rules.
I've answered your questionnaire, but I don't know if you'll receive it, because it had appeared a strange message after sending. In case not, I have no problems in doing again.

I want to tell you that our trip in Vietnam was fantastic for what we have seen. Vietnam is a wonderful country and we just regretted not to have 3-4 days more to see something else.
We were very surprised and so pleased about your fantastic organization. Everything was so perfect. Very good hotels, very good guides, fantastic drivers and cars.
I already have recomended your agency to many of my friends and i m sure that many of them will contact you for a tour. Thank you for your wonderful gift.
I already tell you that we want to make a trip next year in Myanmar. Do you think that the same time like this year will be fine to visit this country? We are now back safely home.........though wishing we could still be in Vietnam !
I want to thank you and the VTT team for our excellent holiday. I cannot praise you too highly : everything was extremely well-organised and well-executed : all of our tours were very enjoyable : our hotels were very comfortable : our travel arrangements well-planned. Most of all we loved meeting the Vietnamese people who are so friendly and kind.
